Depending on the product, customization options may include:

Customization options vary by product and will be displayed on the product page whenever available.

Production Time

Because each custom piece is made specifically for the customer, additional production time is required before shipment.

Typical production time:

7–10 business days

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Order Review

Please carefully review all customization details before submitting your order, including:

  • Product selection
  • Shipping address

Because custom jewelry is produced according to the information provided by the customer, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders for custom jewelry may be modified or cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-made and personalized jewelry is created specifically for each customer.

For this reason, custom jewelry is generally not eligible for return or refund, except when:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong product is received.
  • A verified manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Engraving errors caused by customer-submitted text

  • Accidental damage
