At Vionarel, each order is prepared with care and shipped from our New York warehouse.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

U.S. Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2-3 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cost
Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on all orders.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or address issues.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
