Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be unused unworn in original condition with original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns must be approved by Vionarel before shipment.

Eligible U.S. returns include complimentary return shipping instructions after approval.

Custom personalized final sale clearance worn damaged altered or items without packaging are not returnable.

After we receive and inspect your return approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.
